Over 30 years of mining experience in 7 different countries including Chile, Peru, Mexico, USA, Canada, Finland, and Indonesia, and has held managerial and executive positions in top-tier multinational mining companies.
Worked at Southern Peru occupying various positions in its operations in Toquepala and at the Ilo smelter,.
Worked at Minera Yanacocha in Cajamarca, Peru as Process Manager. In 2005, achieved a world record in gold production.
Project Manager at Carlin Mine in Nevada, USA for Newmont Mining Corp.
Worked as Mineral Processing Manager for Kinross Mining of Canada at its Round Mountain operation in Nevada, USA.
Worked for the Canadian corporation Newgold as General Manager at its mining operations at Cerro San Pedro in Mexico and at Mesquite Mine in California, USA.
Worked in Indonesia for Merdeka Copper Gold as General Manager Operations for the Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia company.
A Master (Sensei), 5th Dan black belt in karate, with over 30 years of experience. Has competed in national and international championships. He has taught this martial art and discipline to thousands of students from different countries such as Peru, Mexico, USA, Canada, and Indonesia.
